Shipping policy

We process all orders within 48 hours. The shipping process (that can be seen at checkout) begins AFTER the order has been processed. 

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

You will be notified of any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free UK shipping for orders over £40.

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £80 in N1 Islington, N2 Finchley, N3 Church End, N4 Finsbury Park, N5 Highbury, N6 Highgate, N7 Holloway, N8 Hornsey, N10 Muswell Hill, N11 New Southgate, N12 North Finchley, N13 Palmers Green, N14 Southgate, N19 Upper Holloway, N20 Whetstone, N21 Winchmore Hill, EN4 Barnet, EN5 Barnet, EN6 Potters Bar, EN7 Waltham Cross.

Local deliveries are made once per week. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the date and time of our arrival. If you would prefer to know the local delivery date and time before placing your oder please contact us via WhatsApp 07597908404.

 

In-store pickup

We are working towards providing in-store pickup.

 

International Shipping

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NOT BY SIGHT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the predicted dates, please contact us at sales@notbysight.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
